North Boulder differentiates itself from central Boulder with it's easy access to some of Boulder's 45,000 acres of open space. North Boulder offers ranch style homes, condos, mixed use neighborhoods, as well as multi-million dollar properties. North Boulder has been innovative in introducing multi-use developments that offers the options of picking up a latte right after you pick up your newspaper off the porch. But if you want you can easily ride your bike using the bike lanes or open space paths to get downtown to Boulder's historic Pearl Street Mall.
